Order and delivery conditions

Order and delivery conditions apply to all orders placed in the JUPAKAS online store. The terms are updated and renewed regularly.

1.ORDER
We have developed a convenient and easy-to-use online store based on the customers' wishes and needs. You are a few "clicks" away from your new greenhouse. Once you have selected the product model, type, quantity, marked the required sizes, accessories and colour, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart symbol in the upper right corner. There you see the products, prices and number of items you have selected. Once you have selected the products, click "View Cart" to start the payment process.

2.Payment
The payment currency is EUR (Euros).

Paypal and Klarna Checkout guarantees a convenient and fast card payment (VISA, Master or American Express) for the order in the form of post-payment or partial payment in your Paypal or Klarna user account. The service is available to both legal entities and private individuals.

3.Important information before ordering
To ensure service quality, please carefully check the following before paying for your purchase: product type, quantity, price (EUR including VAT) and shipping costs.

4.Order confirmation
When JUPAKAS receives bank confirmation of payment, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered. 

Order confirmation includes the following:
Customer name, surname / company name;
Seller's contact details;
Description of goods, pictures, number of units and price (EUR including VAT);
Order amount (EUR including VAT), including transport costs;
Payment type;
Date of purchase;
Planned delivery week;
Delivery address;
Order number;
Currency;
Information about ordering and its execution.


5.Prices
All prices are in EUR (Euros), including VAT.
JUPAKAS has the right to change prices without prior notice. Such changes do not apply to orders placed before changes.

6.Choice of design and material
JUPAKAS follows market trends, requirements and demand. The products are equipped only with high-quality materials, mechanisms,and other details. JUPAKAS has developed a successful collaboration with Europe's largest manufacturers of components for aluminium parts, glasses and other materials constantly looking for new materials and solutions to improve product quality. JUPAKAS is committed to offer customers a wide range of product design and accessory options.

The product images on our website are for information purposes only and may differ from the actual products.

7.Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you have specified in your order. If access and unloading of the goods is not possible by truck at the specified address, the customer must ensure the nearest possible unloading location and inform the customer before delivery. 

You will be notified by email on the same day the product is shipped from JUPAKAS SIA and the transport company will contact you prior to delivery to confirm delivery time, delivery date and location.   

The customer must be present at delivery and immediately check the number of units, the conformity of the products with the specification stated in the order, and that no damage has occurred during transport. When the goods have arrived at you, you must check, before writing on the delivery notes, that no damage has occurred to the goods. Should there be any damage, the driver must write this on the delivery notes, and that you contact our customer service immediately. Report damage or errors that you discover after receipt as soon as possible, preferably within 5 days of receipt! It is therefore important that you unpack the goods and inspect your products carefully immediately after delivery. When returning from the customer to us, the customer is responsible for damages that may occur during transport.

8.Delivery time
The expected delivery time for aluminium greenhouse is 3-5 weeks, for wooden greenhouse it is 5-6 weeks from the time of order approval. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on order specification, special customer needs, product selection and order scope.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail or telephone. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays if we have not informed you of this and delivery delays are longer than 4 weeks. We always do our best to fulfill your order.

9.Cancellation and change of order
The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. During this period, the consumer can return the product without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the consumer must inform JUPAKAS of their decision through a clear statement in email info@jupakas.nl. We will acknowledge receipt promptly.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice and is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for non-standard delivery), within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, without any fees.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized goods. 

10.Complaint
Do not order greenhouse assembly until you have received the order and checked that the product is correct and that there is no damage! We take no responsibility for the orders / reservations you made with installation companies!

If the products turn out to be damaged, there are missing parts or they do not meet the parameters stated in the order specification, applications must be submitted in writing and sent to info@jupakas.nl. The complaint must include photos and an explanation of the defects or deficiencies found. We ask you to check the item as soon as you receive it and if there is anything wrong, contact our customer service immediately, preferably within 5 working days. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect the item carefully immediately after delivery.
If you can demonstrate that the quality of the delivered item does not match the order, the item is faulty. You are then obliged to take care of the item and keep it in its current condition. We are responsible for shipping costs that may arise. We normally do not consider any other claims for costs than those directly caused by the error. The consumer can complain about defects in the product for up to three years from the time of purchase. The consumer must make a complaint within a reasonable time after the fault was discovered.
JUPAKAS reviews complaints within 3-5 working days and sends the decision to the customer's email address. If it is established that the damage is caused by JUPAKAS, replacement or repair of the products or product parts is guaranteed. JUPAKAS does not pay compensation for complaints in cash.

11.Warranty
JUPAKAS is proud of its high-quality products and takes care of them every day through various production and control processes. This is confirmed by a 2-year warranty against functional defects for wooden and aluminium houses. The warranty comes into force at the time of signing the delivery document. The guarantee ensures that parts or accessories of the products are repaired or that defective products or parts are replaced, taking into account the complaints received (such as complaints about structural functionality, fitting defects, paint quality, bending of wooden parts). The warranty applies if all the conditions for transport, storage and operation specified below are met.

12.Data protection

We only store and process the personal data that is necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations. Your personal data is encrypted. JUKAPAS does not have access to the customer's internet banking data and other payment information, as the user is redirected to a secure page in the bank at the time of payment. 

We do not disclose your data to third parties except in the event that the payment or credit card companies with which we cooperate require it. We cooperate with PAYPAL and KLARNA and at their request we give out your social security number and your order number when you have ordered an item in our E-commerce store. We do not store your social security number in our database. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to other third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, personal data may not be processed for direct marketing if you have expressly objected to such processing. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Further personal data may not be processed thereafter.
